1:1 Coaching with Nathan

I work with people who are ready to face themselves, step fully into their creative power, and take action in their lives with clarity and integrity.

That might mean navigating a transition, approaching a creative or spiritual practice with a new mindset, or transforming habitual patterns that have shaped your life for a long time.

This work is about self-discovery. It’s about uncovering and building a new relationship with yourself — one that’s more honest, alive and empowered.

How It Works

Coaching is always one-on-one. We start with a free 30-minute discovery call. From there, I offer 60-minute sessions by zoom.

Some people come for a single session. Others work with me weekly or twice monthly. If we decide to work together, I’ll recommend a cadence that supports the depth you’re looking for.

For those ready to dive in more fully, I offer a 3-month package of weekly sessions at a reduced rate. This kind of container often supports stronger momentum and deeper change — especially at the beginning.

What We Do Together

This is a space to slow down, get clear, and meet yourself more fully. That might involve:

  • Working with difficult emotions and stuck habitual patterns
  • Strengthening awareness, resilience, and self-trust
  • Reconnecting with your body, breath, and creative will
  • Getting clear on what you really want, underneath the noise of our culture
  • Setting powerful goals, making powerful commitments — and honoring them
  • Understanding and shifting how you relate to others and to yourself
  • Learning how to be accountable, cultivate healthy boundaries, and hold others accountable skillfully and supportively

My Approach

I draw from:

  • Mindfulness and contemplative practice
  • Embodiment and somatic work
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Reflective dialogue and deep listening
  • Integral and Adlerian psychology
  • Creative practice as a mode of inquiry and integration

Who This Work is For

While I welcome people navigating a wide range of life challenges, and I don't shy away from emotionality, I don’t work with individuals currently experiencing acute psychiatric distress, active substance abuse, or needing clinical mental health care. My work is best suited for those who are generally functioning in life but feeling stuck, misaligned, or called toward a deeper level of growth. If you’re looking to move from stable to thriving — with more clarity, agency, and integrity — this work may be a good fit.
