Leadership + Mindset Coaching

Leadership + Mindset Coaching

I work with people who are ready to face themselves, step fully into their power, and take action with clarity and integrity.

My coaching creates a space to build new leadership capabilities, navigate and influence difficult professional and organizational dynamics and align purpose and action. This requires stepping beyond stale habitual patterns that limit impact, and tap into fresh, living sources of choice and willpower to achieve new outcomes.

Regardless of the specific challenge, this work is about self-discovery. It's about letting go of self-deception, uncovering new ways of being in relationship with yourself and others, and stepping into deeper levels of engagement, fearlessness and power.

The coaching partnership can help you:

  • Gain clarity on what you really want, underneath cultural and organizational noise
  • Strengthen awareness, resilience, and self-trust
  • Develop powerful new ways of relating to yourself and others
  • Learn to be accountable and hold others accountable with skill and care
  • Learn to shift how you show up in challenging situations

How It Works

Coaching begins with a complimentary 30-minute conversation to explore your situation and determine if we're a good fit.

For those ready to commit to meaningful change, I recommend a three to six month engagement, meeting weekly or twice monthly. This container creates the momentum and depth needed for lasting transformation.

My approach draws from Co-Active Coaching, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness practices, and over a decade of experience in leadership development. I bring both analytical rigor and human warmth to our work together.

Investment

My rates average $250 per 60-minute session, with package options available for deeper engagement. I maintain scholarship spaces for those facing financial constraints, as I believe this work should be accessible to committed individuals.
