Zhan Zhuang Posture - Stand Like A Post

0. Shou Gong (opening & closing move)

Perform this move at least 3 times between all other moves to clear and rebalance your energy.

1. Lower the Qi and Cleanse Internally

Gather energy into the crown of your head, allowing it to pass through you like water, cleansing your central channel and releasing your crustiness into the earth below. 

2. Gather Qi Into the 3 Dantians

Gather energy into the Upper, Middle, and Lower Dantian. Do each dantian 9 times. 

3. Rub the Ball - 18 Times In Each Direction

Don't forget to switch directions.

4. Open and Close the 3 Dantians

Open and close the upper, middle, and lower dantians. 

5. Turning the Sun and Moon - Massaging the Heart and Lungs

Circulate the energy in the heart and lungs, 9 times in each direction.

6. Positive / Negative Circle:Turn the Water Wheel

Make sure you open the hips and don't forget to switch directions, and switch sides! 9 times per direction per side. 

7-8. Single and double leg ascending and descending.

9. Belt Meridian Grinding - Small & Large

Work those kidneys!

10. Heaven and Earth Open and Close

Inhale the earth, exhale the sky. Then inhale the sky, exhale the earth. 

11. Collecting the Qi into the Dantian

Gather the entire Universe into your center. Heaven has no limits. Gather it anyway.

12. Self Massage

Shake it all out and massage every square inch of the body. Leave nothing behind.
